School is right around the corner, and that means it’s almost time for the annual AJ Whittenberg Elementary School Meet the Teacher Back‑to‑School Block Party!

Join the AJW community on Tuesday, August 4 from 4:30 PM – 5:45 PM on District 356 outside of Fluor Field for an afternoon of celebration as students meet their teachers and gear up for an exciting new school year.

 

Families can enjoy a free, fun-filled block party featuring face painting, balloon art, inflatable games, a live DJ, and a visit from everyone’s favorite mascot Reedy Rip’It!

After Meet the Teacher, stick around for the Greenville Drive’s annual Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering Night — a game filled with hands‑on S.T.E.M. fun. Students can explore interactive exhibits from some of Greenville’s leading Advanced Manufacturing companies, featuring robots, virtual and augmented reality, 3D animation, 3D printers, and plenty more engaging activities.

 

All AJW students can claim a FREE ticket to the game. Plus, every AJW student who attends will receive a FREE $10 concession voucher to use at any Drive concession stand. Vouchers can be picked up at the table inside the 500 Club.
